Privacy notice

This notice explains how CEGAHO processes personal data you provide when requesting information or enrolling in the International Workshop at workshop.cegaho.com, in accordance with applicable Mexican personal data protection law.

Data we collect

Through interest, enrollment and contact forms we may collect:

• First and last name
• Email and WhatsApp / phone
• Country, city, organization and role or professional profile
• Package preferences, notes and data needed for payment or invoicing

If you pay with Mercado Pago, the payment processor may process transaction data under its own policies. If you choose bank transfer, we may record folio, amount and payment reference to confirm enrollment.

Purposes

• Manage enrollment, payment, confirmation and workshop logistics
• Send operational communications (confirmation, welcome, schedule updates)
• Handle information requests and follow-up related to the program
• Comply with legal, tax and security obligations

Transfers

We may share data with providers required to operate the program (for example payment gateway, partner hotel included in your package, or email tools), only for the purposes described. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for enrollment, service delivery and applicable legal periods. Data may then be blocked or deleted as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to processing, as well as limit use or withdraw consent, by emailing info.cegaho@cegaho.com.
