Yes, if you live in Puebla you can enroll in the 18-hour classroom workshop only (MXN 3,990 in-person or MXN 2,990 online). It does not include any WorkLab activities.

No. The WorkLab consists of practical cases analyzed in the workshop classroom sessions.

Can someone accompany me to WorkLab activities?

Only on Sunday, September 20, open to family and friends at a special price of MXN 1,990 when accompanying a workshop participant.

Do I have to stay at one of the offered hotels?

Accepted Answer

It is not mandatory. You may book lodging of your choice according to your budget and at your own responsibility. Hotel packages include single or double room (max. 2 people).

What does early payment before August 17 include?

Includes the physical book Planning Sustainable Gastronomic Tourism Destinations (delivered at the workshop), online version, and the Manual of Businesses, Gastronomic and Tourism Products in PDF (value $1,750 MXN). Payment before September 4 includes the online book and PDF manual (value $940 MXN).

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancel 20+ days before start for a net refund (amount paid minus Mercado Pago/bank fees or other non-recoverable charges). Between 10 and 20 days, the net amount may be used as credit for other CEGAHO events or services. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes.

Do you offer visa or travel logistics support?

We can provide an invitation letter to the event; visa processing is the participant's responsibility. Experiencias ConSentido coordinates logistics, transfers, and local ground transportation upon quotation.
